Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without having to provide any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen (14) days starting from the date the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by sending us a direct notification (e.g. a letter sent by postal mail, fax or e-mail) to the contact address listed below.


You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not required. You can also complete and submit the sample cancellation form or other direct notification electronically on our website. If you use this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you a confirmation of the cancellation.

To comply with the cancellation period, you must send the notification of your decision to exercise your right of cancellation prior to the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), immediately and no later within fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your notification to cancel this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed on otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Upon your cancellation we will cancel your donation and notify the tax office that any donation receipt issued for it is invalid.
